Suburban Transit Network, Montgomery County, PA

The Suburban Transit Network (TransNet) creates access to community resources and employment by consistently providing safe, cost effective, reliable transportation for residents and businesses of Montgomery County and surrounding areas. Working with Ecolane, TransNet successfully implemented the largest Ecolane installation to date with over 3,300 trips per day, utilizing over 300 vehicles.

Arlington Handitran, Arlington, TX

Arlington Handitran has provided door-to-door paratransit service for disabled and elderly citizens in the communities of Arlington and Pantego, Texas for over 25 years. The fleet consists of 12 to 14 accessible vans and seven contracted taxis. These vehicles provide up to 550 trips per day, with a service area of 99 square miles in Arlington alone.

Estuary Transit District, Centerbrook, CT

Estuary Transit District (ETD), located in Centerbrook, CT, was formed in 1981 by the nine towns of the Connecticut River Estuary Region to provide local, coordinated public transportation for residents of the Old Saybrook, CT area. ETD, DBA 9 Town Transit, operates 4 flexible routes (fixed stops with route deviations) and ten vehicles total throughout the region with transfer corridors to New Haven, New London and Middletown. ETD provides up to 90 trips per day, not including walk-ons on the flexible routes. Transit or Dial-A-Ride service is also available in all nine towns on a limited schedule Monday through Friday.

Perry County Transit, Perry County, PA

Perry County Transit, located in central Pennsylvania, has an operating area of over 550 square miles. They run 375/trips per day using 28 vehicles (plus subcontractors). Ecolane’s statewide transit software rollout in Pennsylvania presented an opportunity to both support Perry County’s efforts and move them to a modern platform.
