COVID-19 RELATED TRIP MANAGEMENT

To Our Ecolane Community Partners

One of the biggest benefits of choosing Ecolane is the fact that it is web-based and therefore can be accessed from anywhere.  We are now in a situation where many of you will be working remotely to help stop the spread of COVID-19 and we are here to help.

We are hosting a webinar every day this week to show you how to manage trips in the following areas:

  1. Cancelling trips by Location,
  2. Cancelling trips by Funding Source,
  3. Cancelling trips by Purpose, and
  4. Cancelling trips by Address.
  5. Adding Way Point breaks so vehicles can return to depot for sanitizing,
  6. Changing future availabilities to close runs down should service be reduced, and
  7. Shifting target run of group trips when their previous run is closed down for any reason.

Please join us for these important webinars or as many as you can.  Customers, please visit your support portal to learn more.  Thank you.

To get more information, reach out through our normal Support channels by calling 844-ECO-LANE, emailing helpdesk@ecolane.com, or logging on and entering a ticket helpdesk.ecolane.com.

In support of many national measures to telecommute, Ecolane has all of their employees working remotely and ready to assist our Partners as your individual agency needs arise.

We will continue to update this page as more information becomes readily available
