Ecolane DRT™ software has been in use in the large-scale Helsinki Paratransit Service since beginning of the year. The service, which provides door-to-door transportation, is operated by an Ecolane partner and several transportation companies. The service operator is using Ecolane's scheduling and dispatching software and the dedicated fleet is equipped the Ecolane's MDT software. The transportation companies have independent agreements with the City of Helsinki.

The Ecolane DRT™ software is fully integrated to the regional fixed line public transit system, which enables real-time trip planning to public transit. Another key element is the direct two-way communication between the Ecolane DRT™ software and the reserve fleet dispatching systems.

All this is possible due to excellent scheduling and dispatching of the Ecolane DRT™ software.
