EASY-RIDER DYNAMIC CARPOOLING GOES LIVE

A new dynamic carpool service branded as "Easy-Rider" was opened today for the commuters at the Schiphol airport area in Amsterdam in The Netherlands. The service is based on Ecolane's Dynamic Carpool technology and is operated by the local partner, Social Traffic BV. The service combines high-class personal commuting requirements with the latest mobile and payment technologies. It is started as a pilot with 1.000 participants and will be expanded early next year to a nationwide service in The Netherlands. Partners in this pilot include several airlines, banks and other companies in the service area and sponsored support from several big companies. The goal is to have one out of seven commuters using the service by the end of 2007.
