The role of the Project Manager is to plan, execute, and finalize projects according to strict deadlines and within budget. They provide both remote and onsite customer support. The Project Manager will also define the project’s objectives and oversee quality control throughout its life cycle.  

 

 

Support Specialist

We are seeking full-time Support Specialists for our growing Philadelphia office. Support Specialists would report to the Vice President of Professional Services.  Responsibilities would include data collection, validation, and importation into our proprietary software system, map conversion, on-going client technical support and trouble shooting. 

 

An ideal candidate must possess the following skills: 

  • Analytical and logical thinking
  • Ability to work both independently and as part of a team
  • Acute attention to detail
  • Comprehension and use of MySQL (or equivalent)
  • Some Linux experience
  • Ability to meet established timelines

 

Desired Qualifications: 

  • Experience writing / editing User Documentation
  • Project management
  • Comprehending complex subject matter
  • System testing
  • GIS
  • Jboss
  • Ruby, Python, PHP or similar scripting language
  • Android

 

 

Technical Trainer

We are seeking full-time Technical Trainers for our growing Philadelphia office.  Technical Trainers report to a Project Manager. Main responsibility would be deployment of our proprietary software package including system data collection, end user training, on-going client support and relations.  Upon hiring, you can expect to travel up to 80% of the time within Pennsylvania, regionally and nationally. 

 

An ideal candidate must possess the following skills:

  • Analytical and logical thinking
  • Highly effective management of travel schedules and project timelines
  • Ability to work both independently and as part of a team
  • Passion for learning and teaching
  • Ability to relate with students of diverse ages and backgrounds

 

Desired Qualifications:

  • Experience writing / editing User Documentation
  • Project management
  • Experience leading group or one-on-one classes / teaching complex subject matter
  • Trip Routing and Scheduling software
